Who am I?
Professionally, I am a passionate international HR Business Partner & Coach with over 20 years of HR experience in corporate tech environment with focus on business partnership and leadership, performance management, organizational & talent development. I have a broad experience and proven track record in all aspects of Human Resources Management with MBA from European top 10 business school Rotterdam School of Management and relevant professional international qualifications as senior professional in HR (SHRM-SCP) as well as a coach, certified by the International Coach Federation ICF (PCC). I am valued by business leaders for my great passion and strong business acumen, focus, accountability, strong influencing and impact by listening to and guide key stakeholders to drive results for business success.

Privately, I am a wife, a mother of two wonderful teenaged girls and a goldendoodle. I am an avid reader, most recent ones include The Geek Way (Andrew McAfee), Think Again (Adam Grant), Scaling People (Claire Hughes Johnson). I love the outdoors & running & playing pickleball, I am a passionate traveller and am an active member of our amazing community.
